VodiWeb

Recently we added VodiWeb as a module to this platform. VodiWeb, as the name already states, is a Web application. Herewith you are able to give your clients the opportunity to consult their data by internet, (partly) change them and adjust them. As an example we mention the measure values for weight, glucose values for diabetic patients and changes of address, if permitted. It is also possible for new clients to present themselves at your organisation through Vodiweb. As the intake conversation takes a lot of time, it is possible to let the new client fill in an intake form. The data are directly incorporated into Vodisys v2.5 which saves you a lot of time and through which you can work much more efficient.

The activities around reference take a lot of time, the family doctor writes a letter which arrives at your organisation by post. There it will be further incorporated, signed into the postal book, scanned, archived, etc. Through VodiWeb family doctors and specialists can announce their patients with you and consult and enter for you important values in the patient files themselves. Also they can see which patients of them are in your file, in this way they are better capable of leaping on to the needs and syndromes of the patient. Through this also the complete paper route falls into the background and won't be necessary anymore.

VodiMind

We have developed a module to chart the motivation and the psyche of the client for the benefit of the advice- and counselling path of the client. The target is to get a better insight in these points and to enlarge the chance on succes with specific advices of the module.

Advisory loyalty is measured through questioning the client about living up the advice. VodiMind makes an advisory (diet) loyalty diagnosis: how is the behaviour- and psychological condition of the client with regard to living up the advice according prescription. The diagnosis is the starting point for efficient and effective counselling. Meanwhile also can be measured whether the advice- and counselling path should be adjusted.

This module VodiMind, has been developed in close association with experts in the field of behavioural science.
VodiMind is inspired by the model Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1988), the most well-known and used state-of-the-art model to chart the potential causes of behaviour and explain the variants in behaviour. VodiMind goes a step further: theory and operationalisations are improved.

The answers can be entered directly into the module by the dietician or through internet by the client, if you have the supplementary module VodiWeb.
