We would like to inform you about an important decision made by Unilever concerning the Becel Food Programme BVP.

As from May the 1st Unilever and Vodisys Medical Software have started a strategic cooperation for a joined further extension of Vodisys.

Together we decided to combine the knowledge in the field of nutrition and nutrition calculation. This resulted in the decision of Unilever to stop the development of the BVP. From now on the nutrition calculation part of Vodisys will carry the name Becel Nutrition Calculation.

Current BVP-users will receive a proposition to migrate to Vodisys against reduced costs. Users who keep on using the BVP for the time being, can from now on call for support with a special telephone number of Vodisys, +31 (0)50 4090994. Through this number you can also contact us for an offer. At least till the 1st of July 2008 Vodisys will take care of the helpdesk for BVP.

This decision has been made also as a result of the release of the new NEVO nutrition table and the increasing number of wishes from the user group of BVP which has been taken very serious by Unilever. The increasing demand for technical support for the BVP also played a role, Vodisys Medical Software has extensive experience in this field.
