VodiSupport
Besides the standard support and service we are offering, we now have specific possibilities to close expanded service contracts. With the new VodiSupport contract you can, depending on your personal wishes, receive the service which is suitable for you organisation. Hereby you can think of free training sessions, extra free management reports, free executing of upgrades at home, free training for application administrators and calamity services.

How does the service contract VodiSupport work:
The degree of the extra service is connected to the yearly amount you pay for maintenance. If you wish more support and service, you can make use of the services in a higher level by paying extra.
VodiSupport Levels:

| B | A plus 2 free MMI-surveys per year |
| C | B plus free training application administration (at the most 2 persons per organisation at a central location) |
| D | C plus free at home upgrades (once a year) and maintenance database, plus 1 day free user training for 8 persons per year (at home) |
| E | D plus calamity service (once) and 2 days user training for 16 persons per year |
| F | E plus calamity service (twice) and 3 days user training for 24 persons per year |
Vodisys Practice
More and more dieticians and ergo therapeutics establish themselves independently. This offers a lot of advantages but also administrative bother. Specially for these groups Vodisys has developed a software package: Vodisys Practice, a single-user software package that links up perfectly to the registration needs.
Functionality
Vodisys Practice is composed of, among others, the following functionalities:
- Agenda management
- Electronic Patient File
- Invoicing/Expense Accounts in conformity with Vektis 5
- Task management
- Stock management (e.g. products, brochures)
But also:
- Food calculations
- Food templates
- Protocols
- Management reports
- Registration internal time account
Flexible layout
You can adjust Vodisys according to your own views. Compact or extensive. You determine what is significant for you. The programme adapts itself to you, not the other way around. Besides you can determine the screen lay-out, you can work with different colours for different purposes. You can design your own protocols and do inquiries.
Efficiency
Herewith you are able to execute all your registration tasks in one and the same package and let the entered data merge automatically with every arbitrary document, like confirmation letters, family doctors reports, example daily menus, etc. To put it briefly, a complete programme by which you can save a lot of time, work more efficiently and realise a higher turnover.

Vodisys Plus
For several users we have Vodisys Plus, the multi-user version of Vodisys. This version is suitable for practices with several users up to extensive organisations like the home care institutions, hospitals and other commercial organisations. Vodisys Plus contributes to a better insight and optimal efficiency of your organisation.
Vodisys Plus contains the same functionalities as Vodisys Practice. Vodisys Plus distinguishes itself by the following extra functionalities:
- Security system per person and per team
- Multi-user version
- Possibility for extension with VodiWeb en VodiMind
- Connections with several external systems
By using Vodisys Plus you can extend your package to a complete Vodisys.NET environment.
Connections
By means of extended connection possibilities with several central information systems on one side, and financial packages on the other side, the system works optimal and efficient. Furthermore, if it is desirable, we use HL-7 connections or other protocols. Also connections with financial systems are possible, like DBS 9.16 en 8.0 - DBS 8:0, Exact Globe 2003 , Exact c/s , iMuis, FIS 2000, Final.
Flexibility
The users work on a central database (for instance in a Citrix-environment) but also have the possibility, if they are on a location without network connection, to take the data with them en synchronize them later. Because of that you are flexible in your workplace and yet always have the necessary files with you.
